He had surgery a couple of years ago for back problems. His nerves were pressing on his spine and the surgery was successful then. However March 2019, he had the same surgery and he had complications. He had a bleeding and his nerve got damaged and it has made him rehabilitating ever since. Currently, Mr can walk with the walker, but there is a big risk that he will fall. He can suddenly sag through his left leg if the connection between the two nerves isn’t working.

Mr is back home at home and has had a caregiver before. He currently has some issues with his prostate, which causes him to wake up several times in the night to go to the toilet. He was recently diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis which is a chronic inflammation of the lining of the large intestine.

He needs mostlly supervision, no direct help. there is a huge risk of him falling.

The caregiver is friendly, familial, calm, sweet and caring. She likes to give a warm familial feeling to the client. She also has a good sense of humour. She is not very present, extraverted or loud.
Should be experienced in caring for patients with mobility problems and old age.
